The heart of the North Oakland Foundation is our volunteer program.  Each day volunteers help us organize the events and fundraising programs that make the life saving and life changing work we do possible. 

You can volunteer on a project basis or volunteer for on-going efforts throughout the year.  We regularly need help in the following areas:

General Volunteer Information

• Assisting with events
• Assisting with phone calls or office support
• Assisting in public relations and community awareness
• Web site update or PowerPoint presentation development
• Photography
• Writing for publications
• Grant writing
• Driving to pick up or drop off items/information
