The North Oakland Foundation does not sell goods or services. Donations are not refundable.
Event Ticket Refund Policy
For individual ticket donations for events only, the North Oakland Foundation will refund 100% of the paid ticket donation if we receive a written request postmarked at least 60 days prior to the event date. No refund will be given for any event related charges or donations after this period.

- When a credit card transaction is completed, we will not maintain your credit card number on our web servers.
- We will keep this information in confidence and will make every effort to maintain the privacy and security of information at all times.
